Syndicate standing confusion

hi guys,

i tried looking around before posting this here but unable to find anything. 

so here is the thing, i already able to rank up the level in syndicate (Pure to Flawless),but due to not having sufficient item,i have to hold them back for now,so what if i keep doing Loka's mission and/or equipping their sigil? does it stack like Mastery Rank and fill the bar after i ranked up to Flawless? or does it count as burned/wasted? because thats gonna be a shame since im only active in Loka and Perrin for now :( hope u guys can provide explanation for this. tyvm for ur time :)

 

p/s:if there is already existing thread about this,just link it down bellow,apparently this problem is a bit elusive for me to find from google search.

BUT! you can run the syndicate missions in order to stockpile syndicate medallions, and upon finally making the needed sacrifice, turn them all in for lots of standing

No stack... Only the allied sindicate will receive (half of the standings).

To quote @DeckChairVonBananaCamel and @-Krose, you cannot proceed further once you reach the max. Stacking up their medallions however will allow you to progress allot faster once you do actually have the correct item. Keeping this in mind, it is always worth doing the Syndicate missions that allow you to hunt the medallions down.
