When can I expect help from support?

Hi, I just wanted to ask a quick question about support services.  I've never had to use warframe support before, but the other day I accidently dissolved my strun riven mod that I wanted to use.  My clan told me to submit a support ticket, so that's what I did.  A week later, and I haven't heard anything, so I was just wondering when I can expect to get my riven mod back, if at all.  If anybody has any kind of experience with this specific area of warframe support, I'd love to know if it usually takes a long time to get things resolved.

Honestly, the WF support is always under a heavy load, and there's no surefire way to tell.

Usually they get back to you within a week or so, unless they have to investigate your account (which they will have to do, in your case).

For me it usually is 1-2 days, but last time support replied in 1-2 weeks.

 

Check your email, you may get a mail from the support site, asking you to answer some security questions.
