Akkad Issues

Hey guys, 

So lately in order to farm things like exp, credits and relics I've been doing Hieracon. However, my friend suggested doing Akkad for credit runs since its 5 waves for approx 30k credits.

 

Here's the problem. In two days I have been able to run Akkad exactly twice, because every time I try and play with my friend on Akkad, I connect to the mission and I get kicked from the mission, and it never lets me actually play despite telling me its migrating host and reconnecting me to the squad and whatnot.

Any tips?

How is your internet connection? How good or bad is your friends interwebs? and who is hosting the missions?

Akkad is a pretty populated map node, do to it's easy farm ability.

Maybe try going in solo 1st, do a 5 waves and out.  Then try going into an Akkad public as a single (just yourself).

Then try switching the host spot, you host, then have your friend host it.

Let your friend host the game and tell him to disable the Ping limitation... I had the same issue and since my friends turned the option to "No Limit" i had no such issues.

Turning off multithreaded rendering from the launcher settings also sometimes assists players loading into matches..

Just run any Dark Sector mission for one rotation and bug out, you'll get 30-40K each time.

I have Frontier (the 3rd-rate company that came from Verizon Fios, so I have decent internet)

My friend is the host of the missions.

So does that mean I just straight up AFK?

Don't do that, 1) you won't get any resources, creds, and you'll flag the afk mechanic in the game. 2) that's dooshy..

They mean run 5 and outs, do a fast and easy 5 waves, rinse, repeat.

^ try the other stuff suggested above as well.

Its what the plan was, if I could ever CONNECT to Akkad.

 

Akkad is one of the only missions I'm getting this problem. Hieracon I can do no problem
