Any way to boot someone from your squad?

Buddy and I are running missions and farming for stuff. If someone happens to join randomly that's fine, helps it go faster. But then after the mission and we're back on the ships, how do we get rid of them?  Had several start up the timer for another mission, which despite declining will still pull you into the stupid mission, forcing us to leave the squad anyway.

Is there some setting to auto dismiss randoms that join mid mission, or any way to stop this bullcrap? A simple boot squad member option only available when you're on the ship seems like it'd be a fairly obvious thing to have.

Sorry, only way to boot someone is by leaving the squad and reforming.

Set Squad to be Invite only, Friends only, etc.

First politely ask them to leave,because many people don't like to farm alone and may have thought that you'll start the same mission again to farm and
want to tag along.
If not then It may not be the best way but I find mentioning these 2 lines in the squad chat makes almost all player leave faster than you can say Clem

1) Let's go for Kela Assassination/Archwing Rush(any 1) next.

OR

2) Let's go for a 1hr MOT

Trust me,it works 90% of the time.
