Put on all defense mods with Enemy Radar/Sense, equip a good weapon, join a mission with lots of enemies, and make sure to kill as many enemies as possible. Some nice maps include Berehynia, Stofler, Akkad, Sechura. Helene is a nice place as well. Make sure to have a squad of 4 people to maximize the amount of spawning enemies.
