Chroma parts

It says I require chroma chassis, chroma neuroptics, Chroma systems and Volt Neuroptics.

now I am unsure how the pieces are gotten and now when I see chroma systems at pluto junction on neptune. I already did it but I don't have those systems anymore and possibly other parts.

How do i get them now?

I'm sure you needed to build each part to advance in the quest to get the main blueprint.
