Orokin Cell Farming?

I had a stack of about 150 Orokin Cells from old Draco, but now I'm out after crafting many prime parts. I usually rush Ruk over and over, but I think my luck ran out because he's dropping nothing but detonite. I read that new Draco and Titan are good farming spots, but I can never get more than 2 there. Am I doing something wrong?

Note: I usually stay 15-20 minutes.

In my opinion it's easier to run missions on ceres and seek these things on the ground that loot 2 or them.

They're pretty common from what I see.

Dark Sectors on Ceres have the highest drop rate, so sitting in one of those with a Desecrate + Pilfering Hydroid can net you quite a few. Saturn Dark Sectors also drop them, but they have a smaller loot chance multiplier than Ceres does. I got all mine from the Dank Sectors from because I never played Draco. Siting on about 500 at the moment, maybe more.

From what I hear, Helene Saturn can also drop them well since it's an endless (Defense) with an excellent spawn rate. Maybe worth a try.
