Syndicate voice missing

I am well aware that you probably have way more important stuff looking into,but for some odd reason,whenever I buy something from a syndicate I don't get any purchase dialog...odd enough,I've never received such,but recently I ended up reading for my favourite steel meridian on the wiki,and it appears every syndicate has such dialoge-the one for steel meridian should be 

• "I hope you put it to good use."

• "All right, but you owe us!"

• "Hope it helps."

Is it only for lower level standing?Or am I missing something...were they removed?!...I'm sorry for any inconvenience I may've caused....
