If your blocked again you'll have to do a password reset. Consider a new password as you may have been phished. Scan your computer with anti malware/virus and make sure your protection is up to date. Is there a stand alone warframe client separate from steam? Edit: I reinstalled still the same error. I can log in the site, but no luck with the client.
