If they are unusable, then I find Wukong's passive to be close to useless since it only gives an extra two seconds for the combo counter... Actually Combo duration mods do work with Primal Fury. I made the mistake of forgetting it once and I definitely noticed those 15 secs missing. As for Exalted Blade, no, in fact EB doesn't even have a combo multiplier. Primal Fury does however have the Augment that grants up to 100% bonus crit chance per enemy killed (50% total).
