Add Report System And Some Rules

Today, some guy named "ninjazypher" began abusing the glitch on the elevator that would occasionally let you go up and down multiple times while it was moving, effectively trapping me in there and not allowing the guy outside the elevator to get in for a good 5 minutes. After people told him to stop, he began throwing out insults (that were primarily vulgar) and would just stand outside the finish area. (luckily we only have to wait a full minute) I think it would be a very good step to take if Warframe developers would implement some rules like no offensive language, do not intentionally harass others, dont use warframe abilities to intentionally hurt the team, etc. and a report system that lets you pick what offense the person did and possibly a small comment next to it so moderators could review it (like the Dota 2 report system). Punishments could be, for example: 1st punishment: no online play for 48 hours; 2nd punishment in-a-row: account suspended for 3-7 days; and 3rd punishment in-a-row could be a permanent account ban. or maybe each offense would just build up "points" and punishments are triggered at certain levels of points (and points would go down a bit slowly with time)

 

Also another nice feature from Dota 2 would be the ability to commend players

 

So what do you guys think?

eh punishments might be a bit too strict, a warning would be good, then a 24hr/12hr no online play, then a ~3 day suspension, and so on (6th could be permaban, as that's enough "proof" you're just detrimental to the community, and if a person got reported 50% of the other people reporting them, a video of the mission would be saved perhaps, and people could review it.)

 

Only problem with this is it'd require people full time to sort through these, and see who should be punished, and who is being "trolled" by a few other players reporting them because trolololol.

I agree that a system of some sort should be in place, but how exactly do you plan to make it so this system is not abused?
