Question regarding a Clan Dojo room

As the title says, I have a question about this Dojo room and a "gap"..

please, tell me this gap is visual only and it will be walkable..

Once you set it to build and before putting resources it will be put there in yellow, showing how it occupies the physical space. Select it to build, don't put any resources, and check if it indeed connects to from the other side; if the other side shows a red door then it didn't connect. You can then cancel the room if it doesn't or put the resources.

You could alternatively put two small hallways, or any other different shaped hallway.

It's connected elsewhere already though? I don't think I ever built enough to be in your situation, but I'm curious about it.

Im really hoping this gap to be connected in the end, will try this.. 

 

Also it should be connected with the + at least @AethonWalker
