Ambient Level Sounds

I would like to hear small bumps in the night whilst running through a mission doing my best not to be detected. It would be nice to hear ambient yet close ticks or dings or beeps that upset the sound flow just enough to raise suspicion while stealthily doing a mission. Also some lore-friendly enemy creature noises throughout some missions would be pretty awesome. Dynamically changing wind, footsteps, water, jump and roll sounds would be neat. Basically is would be cool to have the sounds in game to get a look through and buff to introduce a little more immersion.

Nice ideas, the big machine type thing in the new Grineer level that "thumped" and made my whole screen shake was a surprise!

 

Perhaps more like that, stuff we can hear before we see it.

A heavy unit that sounds heavy wouldn't need the Lotus introducing it.

 

Big stomping footsteps and an ominous spin up noise for the Gorgon, oh we can dream!

 

Stalker had some good random ambient noise, that still got you at times, and when you looked at the sound scripting, the noises were random.
