Btw I hate that 'oro' thing. It should be dedicated mode, not every in every match. I dont even get whats the point of it. Whats the point of possibility of get frag and get nothing, because f u.

It was started in CoD iirc, in a mode called "Kill Confirmed".  It made more sense there with the pacing imo, because you might actually get your dog tags back and thus deny the enemy their kill count.  Conclave is so fast paced that's hardly a possibility here.

I know it came from shooters, there is for example such mode in warface, but its dedicated thing even in said shooters. And in warframe its a thing in every pvp mode. I think this is bad, I can even consider someone from DE said 'how to put more rng to conclave?' and he invented that floating crystal, later named oro.

Btw I don't play conclave at all, I did a little when it was introduced and now with that short 'events'. However maybe I would play conclave in future. Definitely I would be more eager if it would be better prepared, forsure I dont like said oro. 

Similiar with archwing, I have few weapons to exp, but Im not going to do it soon, because navigating archwing in space is fuging frustrating.
