Not much because Rivens like this only "hurt" builds. You need to ask yourself... what mod would this replace?

 

With only 45% electric damage... it wont replace a 90% damage mod

With on 50% Crit damage..... it wont replace Primed target cracker 110% Crit damage

And with only 74% multi shot.... it wont replace 120% multi shot-

 

So my friend... what you have here is a waste of a mod slot... that will only "Hurt" builds.

Rivens are only good if they have at least 1 stat that can replace a current mod... and also has additive stuff. Mainly only "Strong disposition" rivens are worth using... BUT even then the weapons are not brought into line with the current "top" weapons... that suffer when using a riven.

 

This is why they need to re-work riven mods, in there current state.... they are useless.
