ive been playing for a while (mastery 8) and i cant seem to get continuity and flow mods been farimng them but no luck what so ever, would anyone glady give me these mods.

Have you tried doing some runs with a Nerkos and Hydroid to ensure better drop chances? Flow drops from multiple enemies according to the wiki: Grineer Bailiff

Running some Orokin void survival missions (Level 20) for about 20 minutes is a good way to get mods like these - especially by looting every room you see, I've gathered countless numbers of them just by playing.

spy on Saturn  is good for continuity you can quick run them and multitask for rime rounds  relic's and ivara chassis if you rather corpus equivalent  Jupiter or Europa has the same reward pool.  

survival on mercury for flow because it has lots of Butchers spawn its an ok place for leveling weapons if you need to multitask.

Void containers are probably your fastest option.   The low level exterminate Teshub should always have two of the timed treasure rooms in it if you search the whole map.  You need argon crystals any way so you might as well get them and mods at the same time.
