Problems with kuva siphons on infested ships

I've run plenty of kuva siphons/floods on corpus/grineer missions without any trouble, but infested missions seem to glitch most of the time.

Just played the siphon mission on Armaros and only saw one of the kuva clouds before the siphon took it.
The area was locked down w/ bastille, random enemies cleared, and I was looking in the direction the braid was pointing. Nothing.
The one cloud that I saw appeared very close to the braid after popping through an obstacle.

The other guy in the mission said that he saw all the clouds and even marked them, but I didn't see any mark either.

Sticking to corpus/grineer maps for now.

It's possible that my monitor needs to be calibrated differently, but I've had no trouble on other missions.

I saw the kuva clouds on Nimus today, though they spawned much closer to the siphon than I've seen on other missions.

I suspect that the problem is that they spawn closer on these maps, the maps are mostly tunnels (vs rooms), and the siphon pulls them through walls.
