Black Screen in OBS?

Hi, I'm trying to set up my OBS Studio to stream Warframe. I'm running a Nvidia GTX 970 and an Intel i7-4790k with Windows 7. When I try to capture Waframe in fullscreen mode, it only shows up as a black screen. I've tried setting multiple things on administrator mode, along with various other things today. I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it, and recording the game in fullscreen windowed borderless isn't an option, because for some reason it gives me 20ms response time, and throttles my FPS. If anyone has any info that could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been able to figure it out in the past few hours, and I'm not sure what else to try. I've never had a problem like this streaming any other game.

Well, that was going to be my suggestion, because it was the only thing that worked for me back when I tried it.

Since you have a Nvidia card, do you have GeForce Experience installed? That can stream directly to twitch (or record to your hard drive) as well, so you wouldn't even need OBS any more.

Fullscreen windowed borderless puts me at 15-20ms response time, while on Fullscreen I have 2ms response time. If I could fix that, I could go with the lower fps, but the response time is what's killing it I think...

As for using Geforce Experience, I have all my graphics and scenes set up on OBS. I'm pretty experienced with OBS, and I've used it on Twitch for a long time. I haven't had an issue with it up until this point. :(

One of my monitors can run at 75hz, while the other is 60hz. I don't know if this matters at all for response time or not. I've never had an issue with this bad of response time before.

Try Game Capture in OBS. Set up a "Warframe" profile, under Mode select "Capture Specific Window" and choose "Warframe.x64.exe" or "Warframe.exe" depending on what bit your OS is running.

That's my OBS settings and while I stream/record in Borderless Windowed, it works the same in Fullscreen.
