lost all items and tennos

last time i play this game about 2 year ago , login today all data is erased,  it is normal ? :)

You could try going to support but if it was 2yrs ago I'm not sure they'll be able to help you, certainly not normal though...

Edit: I think the new intro quests restricts access to most of your items until you beat it so that might be what's causing your problem, just progress through it and you will get your stuff back.

problem solved i find my another  account all data and tenno , and friend list :)

Also, there's this in the Terms of Use:

Your Account may be deactivated if you do not use your Account within twelve months after the date that it was created or for any continuous period of twelve months after creation. If you do not use your Account for twelve or more months, it may be removed and deleted by the Website administrator at their sole discretion.

If all your items, gear, and tenno are back, I'd say you're golden.

The tutorial, in defeating Vor, will prevent you from accessing previous inventory until you complete it. Also, according to the ToS, accounts not in use for a year will be closed.

Just something to keep in mind.
