Interception Affinity range needs to be increased

Because Mobile Defense, Capture, Rescue, and Spy are not endless missions. Interception, Defense, Survival, Excavation, those are endless. Defense it makes sense that if the pod dies, game over, you fail the mission. Interception doesn't since you are completely blocking multiple messages, where in if you go for 5 messages and fail one finally, it really doesn't matter, you blocked the 5 still and should be able to just get out of there. Its not like the factions aren't able to just send the message when we leave, so it really makes no point for you to get a hard fail on an endless that logically doesn't make sense to. Interception is most related to excavation in that logically if you fail one it wouldn't suddenly mean that everything you did was a waste and you failed them all.
