How would I calculate to average

Ok, so I have a synapse with a fairly decent setup:

 

 

My question is, how do I calculate the damage per tick and such from that considering the crit chance. the info regarding going above 100% crit snt exactly clear on just how that is calculated from what I could find.

Avg Damage per Shot = (Modified Base Damage + Elemental Damage) * ( 1 + ( 1 -  Crit Multiplier) * Crit Chance / 100 )

Avg Burst DPS = (Modified Base Damage + Elemental Damage) * ( 1 + ( 1 -  Crit Multiplier) * Crit Chance / 100 ) * Fire Rate

Avg Sustained DPS = (Modified Base Damage + Elemental Damage) * ( 1 + ( 1 -  Crit Multiplier) * Crit Chance / 100 ) * Mag Size / [ Reload Time + (Mag Size / Fire Rate)]

That's uh, quite confusing without a good example, I mean the math involved in confusing as heck to me ><

Sorry. I would have given a long version but I don't have your Riven stats to plug in.

A quick version would be to take your displayed Damage which includes multishot of 169.4 and plug into one.

Burst DPS = (169.4) * ( 1 + ( 1 - 5.6) * 224.1 / 100) * 10

169.4 * ( 1 + ( 4.6 * 2.241) * 10 =

169.4 * 11.3086 * 10 =  19,156.768

From what I can tell your Riven gives about 198% Crit Chance and 175% base damage with negative status chance.

As a shortcut you can use Warframe-builder.com but it's not always correct. I would recommend a build like this one which has 39.6k Burst DPS.

The riven is elecritc and crit with +198.3 crit chance and +109.3 elec
