I bought $10 worth of plat and still havent gotten it

Can somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've restarted my game many times and I still do not have the plat on my account. This is very frustrating. I bought it about 20-30 minutes ago and still nothing. Please help!

You'll have to open a support ticket for that here.

Check to see if the transaction went through. It's possible that your bank may take a few days to process the purchase for whatever reason.

depending on your payment method, they do say to allow up to 24 hours
