i see that Valkyr prime accessories come with 1365 platinum, but for console only?

Yes. The way console Prime access works is that they have 1 pack with all the gear (Frame + weapons + profile icons) and 2625 plat for $80 USD and a second pack with the Accessories and 1365 plat for $60 USD. Buying both packs for console players is the equivalent in price and value as buying the 3rd tier of Prime Access for PC players.
