Helminth Charger - Can't Incubate?

I've met all the requirements to incubate a Helminth Charger (mature cyst, open slot, power core, kubrow egg, etc.), but the option to drain the cyst isn't coming up.  Have I missed a step, or is this a bug?

How big is your Cyst, if it does not have the little hair coming out of it, then its not ready

Hello @Krumnaug.

 

You should stand at the incubator segment of your ship with a warframe that has a mature cyst on the neck. And then when you go incubation under the random incubation and choose genetic imprints you should see a button for the cyst. If you do not see that button, wait for the server reset and relog to the game, maybe the server did not recognize the maturing process yet.

You have to click Begin Incubation and go to the second screen, where you have the option to start a random incubation or provide genetic imprints.  If you indeed have a fully mature cyst, the Drain option will appear at the bottom of that screen.  Otherwise, not sure what the problem might be.
