You can get the stand-alone installer from the main Warframe.com website ( https://www.warframe.com/download ). As a Mac owner (2008 Mac Pro tower) I have not had success getting Warframe to run in Wine or its various off-shoots (such as Crossover). I gave up and just installed it on my Bootcamp (full Windows 10) partition, which I had anyways for work related Windows Only software. Bootcamp with a real version of Windows is going to remain your most stable/best option for Games on Apple produced hardware. Especially one that is written as heavily in DirectX as Warframe is.
