Emblem commissions

Hey there all! (I'm sure this is a question that comes up at times)
I've recently gotten a few ideas for clan/alliance emblems and need a bit of help!
I guess the best way to ask this question would be in two parts;
1: Where can I go to hire fellow tenno far more skilled than myself with commisions I.E a thread dedicated to this or otherwise?
2: Is this a kosher thing to do here on the forums or is it better left to something like Deviant art forums and artist pages?

Never mind. I answered my own question with some googling.
Mods feel free to remove this or just lock this as I'll be heading over to the Fan Zone to make a proper post there!
