How to buy and build Prime Warframes

Hi - I am confused about how to buy and build Prime Warframes, as there are no clear guides I can find.  

1. If I trade for Prime Warframe "parts" am I getting blueprints or actual completed items?

2. One I get all the "parts" (or is it blueprints) do I then have to build the Prime Warframe in the Foundry?

3. Can I buy a completed Prime Warframe that requires no build time or materials?

I am just trying to understand what is required to get a Prime Warframe, I am not talking about farming, just assume I got unlimited Plat and can buy anything.  

Thanks for the help in understanding this mechanic.

1 - Only the blueprints, you need to build them all.

2 - Yes, you need to build

3 - No you cant, only blueprints.

Yes.

Only in Prime Access, which includes the weapons/sentinels the Warframe come with, and platinum to boot.

Thanks guys - that helps.  I assume you can pay more Plat to "Rush" the builds if desired?

Yes, but don't know why would someone waste plat with rushing.

Yes you can pay to rush them... If you dont want to wait 24 hours (for parts) or 3 days for the complete warframe.
