Does Lua Spy REALLY Give Crushing Ruin?

I need Crushing Ruin for my hammers, since Shattering Storm doesn't look good on anything but the Magistar. I know it has a .003% chance or so to drop from Grineer Seekers, but I don't like those odds. I chose to do Lua Spy missions instead. However, I've done about 25-30 missions, getting all 3 consoles each time. Yet I still haven't gotten a Crushing Ruin stance yet. Is the info on the wiki wrong? Or is the Desire Sensor just screwing with me?

It's a rare mod, so I'd assume it drops rarely.
