  I will like to have a max power strength build for my Valkyr's Warcry

If it helps, this is my INCREDIBLY selfish Eternal War build that I only use in endless missions

If you have Power Drift  You could get max strength which is 299%, But I found that extra 15% strength unnoticeable in the 1700+ armor that I get :'D

Edit: I forget to mention this build is NOT meant for Hysteria whatsoever, but only the use of actual melee weapons and relying on her tank. Although obviously if you need to, Hysteria in this build is a viable "oh sh*t" button.

Does Energy Conversion affects Hysteria, because then you can go up to 334%.

Wiki says 

• Affects Channeled abilities, such as Exalted Blade and World On Fire, for the whole duration.

I'm assuming that also means Hysteria since it is definitely a channeled ability so I guess yes. Which is pretty terrifying lol.
