Advice required for Mag Prime Magnetize

Hello guys, thanks for stepping by. I am playing Mag again after some time and i am wondering on which gun should I use for the Magnetize to get the maximum damage output.

I saw some videos  of people using mara detron, some people use lanka, some people told me miter is good, but I am here to listen to some advices from Mag fans. 

I red on Wiki that Gas is the most strong element for weapons for magnetize and its better to use weapons with punch through ( in fact miter and lanka).

Do you guys use other weapons ? If yes which ones ? Feel free to suggest me weapons and combos, im here to discuss ;)

I found the Drakgoon to be very effective with Magnetize. Maybe not as the weapons in the video, but still

I use corrosive + heat

I dont think that anything comes even close to Lanka with the right build. I saw the video with Mara Detron and simply cant reproduce that scenario not even close.
