So I just got myself a tonkor riven from today's sorties and I'm wondering how high it's stats can get. Flight speed in particular is the one I'm wondering about.
I've googled around a bit and found a riven which has about 45% flight speed. However with the stats being random I have no idea whether that is low or high. I'm hoping to get about 60% on one so I won't need to change my Zephyr build but I'd like to know whether it is possible before I attempt rerolling it. Otherwise I'd be better off selling it.
So any idea of what kind of stats it can get for flight speed?
