Where can I find the Rage Mod?

Hi guys, sorry in advance for the noob &#! question, but I've been playing for about two weeks now, and I've settled on playing Inaros for a while. After doing some research, it seems like Rage is basically mandatory on this guy (and I can see why!) but I have no idea where to find it. I've gone to the market place and tried to trade prime parts or stars for even a basic one, but to no avail =/

Where can I find the mod?

Napalms and Kuva Napalms drop it. Anywhere they spawn is where you'll find it.
