Streamline and Fiber Armor

So I asked someone since I had 3 circles on streamline and he had 5 why it was like that and he said it was damaged. The same thing with fiber armor or whatever. What is the best place to farm for it at Master 2? I have maxed out excalibur frame and all starting weapons with good mods. besides those two.

Is hydron best for streamline?

lol if u rly want it ill give you them both for free since streamline took a while for me to farm when I first started but now I have a couple and only need 1, we could organise some time to get on and traed if u want.

For Streamline, basically fight Grineer on Earth and Mars for a chance,  different sorts of Lancers are one of the units that drops the mod.

And for, I guess Steel Fiber, Infested Crawlers and at least 15 minutes of survival look like good bets to get that mod.
