Uranus HUD

So I was doing a Uranus sabotage mission with a friend. I was on the section that there is a giant pipe that drops down water, I hacked the console so that it would stop the water flow and i could climb up and look at the loot boxes. On my way down I didn't time right when the water would turn back on and I got washed down and suddenly my screen got glitched and all I could see was this:

 

As you see this is very blinding and I was having a real hard time moving around. Sometimes it would go back to normal (when Prisma Shade's invisibility would turn on) but then it would just turn back to that. On the next mission when coming out of the sea sections my ember would look like this too:

 

Seems that Uranus is a bit messed up right now.
