Codex scan re scan again.

I remember scanning all the fragments for it to be completed. But after a while, the fragments can be mark as incomplete and I have to find them and rescan them again. This also happens to other codex enemy entries especially boss entries(  eg . sargus ruk).

I do know what the cause is.

Does anyone else face this issue?

Yes, same problem with Grineer Large Explosive Barrel, Infested Tumors, The Sergeant, Hyena Pack, Jackal.

I scan again but doesn´t count

For me it does count when you scan it. But it will strangely be gone after awhile just like how argon crystal decays. 

Is this how it is supposed to work?

Argon Crystals are a rare resource that drops in the Orokin Void, as a rare deposit on any planet and from certain Assassination targets. Unlike other resources, they decay after a limited period of time. After this period the resources will disappear from the user's inventory and must be reacquired if needed. 

The timer points towards Midnight UTC/GMT+0 time indefinitely. This supports its description.
