Turn Lato Prime into a skin

@----Legacy----: My suggestion was (you might have seen it earlier in the thread) to give the Founders skins and/or cosmetics in return for the rerelease of the Founder gear, and to keep a poll about what they think about that. On top of that, I also suggested a poll about the beta exclusive items.
I think that'd be a good way to possibly remove all exclusive weapons and the exclusive Frame from the game. (Since Steve said he'd like exclusives rereleased and was considering a poll). :)

I'm actually considering writing this in the next Devstream thread, in the hope DE sees it, but I don't know...

In regards to Umbra: I do agree that it's annoying that the've been promising us Umbra for ages now. But implementing lore probably takes a long time... Maybe this is the big announcement they're coming up with in this weeks Dev stream?
