Higher level enemies after U9=More exp=Faster leveling I don't seem to be getting any more XP per enemy than I did pre-U9, any extra XP they may give (which they don't seem to) is probably more than negated by the increased difficulty and time taken as a result. Forma'd weapons = more mods earlier = more death = quicker leveling. It solves itself.
