Baro forgot other boosters

Is this intended? If I remember correctly he brings all boosters every 2nd visit. There is only credit booster today

Double checking the sheet, it looks like 8/12/2016 was the first time he didn't bring all 3 boosters at the same time. I can't actually see a pattern/reason for why it changed. Before that, it was the all boosters/no boosters rotation.

 

Looking at it more closely, I might guess that the person in charge of the inventory changed, as it looks to be manually done by a human since that change. There was even a point where 3 baro visits in a row had no boosters at all.

 

It looks like it's just completely arbitrary on DE's part, but the most recent visits hopefully indicate a pattern.

If we're lucky it looks like they might be trying to compromise and are currently bringing 1 booster each visit and cycling between the three each time. Order being credit --> resource --> affinity.
