Ivara's augment insults design council, Titania's augment is beyond terrible

There is a voting system in place called the Design Council, made up of players who donated money during early Beta access as well as a select few special forum users who get invited over time now. It is a closed off and hidden section of the forums only available to Devs and Design Council members. They do get to give input on game design and upcoming features, as well as vote on certain aspects of the game before they are released. This is the problem with Ivara's Navigator augment: there was a poll listing several choices and the augment they released was not any of the items on the poll, let alone the winning entry.
