I like the first one the best.  It's the cleanest of the three.

The lines for the mane are too thin in 2 and 3.  3 is too busy looking and it's hard to tell that it's a lion.  I don't think I care much for the cyan and metallic(?) thing (Ring? Weapons? Can't tell) around all three designs.  I think the design will look better without it, but if you want to keep the cyan colored eyes, it's fine.

Did you take some preexisting/copyrighted image to make that?  A quick google image showed that it looks a lot like a logo from Black Star Inc.  If you really like the lion motif, I recommend you find non-copyrighted image or commission someone to draw a lion's head logo.
