Octavia's Neuroptics?

Just need to clarify,Octavia's Neuroptics drop during rotation C of the Orokin Derelict survival correct? Because I looked up the drop tables and the table say the neuroptics have a 22% chance to drop well as of now I have run 48 keys through and still no part my math is not perfect but I should have seen it by now if its 22% chance to drop.

Lucky? I am 50 keys in and still no part this must be bugged or broken at a drop rate of 22% I would have seen one by now.

you are honestly just unlucky. The drop rates are in the game files, even in data mines and nothing has been changed.

You have 0.0004% chance of not having a neuroptic after 50 runs. It is low, but it has to be compared with the number of person trying to get a neuroptic: if 300 k persons are farming Octavia, it's normal one of them doesn't get it after 50 runs. According to DE, 30 M frame were crafted last year, so 300 k persons crafting octavia seems possible.

That's the problem with random loot. Either DE is OK with saying "F*** you lol" to the unlucky person running 16 h of the same survival, either their game doesn't fill their design objective. Personally, I think this would be solved using a simple saleroom: if you didn't get it after X run, you buy it from another player who were lucky (and you easily sell other stuff you were lucky to get). Right now, you have to use external tools to buy anything so it's not a good solution.
