Game Times Out Before Entering Missions

When I attempt to join other games, except on some occassions, Defense missions, I get timed out and kicked from the mission before I can enter the mission. I know this is because I have slow loading times with missions, however, I'd like to not get penalized or kicked for this if I can run the game almost flawlessly.

Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone found a temporary fix?

EDIT: I should add that I can host games fine, however, I need people to join after I've started the mission. I cannot have people in the lobby with me or else they timeout from my game.

yes this is a problem

AFAIK there is no current fix besides solo play, but then of course you are solo

would be nice if we could just choose to host instead of being forced to try to join some S#&$ laggy host

As I stated in the edit, I can host fine, alebit for having to have entered the mission myself before allowing anyone else to enter. But, I disconnect from the host of any game at least 90% of the time.
