Nukor Damage effect?

So I just found out that the Nukor has some odd mechanic that makes it temporarely deal 100% more damage to enemies it has hit and "enlarged" the bodyparts of.

Does this effectively mean the Nukor has twice the damage compared to what the stats lists, or is it less consistent than that?

Afaik, it only occurs when under the effect of the nukor, so say you beam the head until it doubles in size, once it is done growing, it will receive double damage from the nukor, and 50% more damage from ALL outside sources (that includes abilities)

Yeah, the Nukor is a very unterrated weapon...

Not that i wohuld mind that (riven dispostion)....
