Wierd transmission during beginning of mission

I don't know if other players have experienced it. But sometimes when I enter a new mission.. That is when it's loading showing the landing craft.. I encounter some wierd form of transmission. Like a as if radio scramble like the one's you see when gustrang 3 comes. Let me know about this anyone has any idea about it.
