The Lotus doesn't tell you when to leave in Archwing Extermination

The Lotus doesn't tell you when to leave in Archwing Extermination missions.

She's supposed to say one of the following lines:

• "The enemy is broken. Well done, now get to extraction."
• "You have broken their ranks and they are on the run. Another successful mission. Find extraction."

In regular Exterminate missions, when you've killed the required number of enemies the Lotus says that you can extract.  But if the Exterminate mission is an Archwing mission, the Lotus remains silent.

Not that big of a deal really, there's an indicator telling you to head to extraction and by the time anyone actually manages to unlock Archwing they are well aware on what happens once all of the enemies have been purged in an Exterminate mission.
