Mate she's called "Wraith Ivara" because she's a lost tenno. Her actual body is dead.

No relation to the wraith weaponry nor the Red Veil.

A ghost in the shell, essentially.

A revenant.

She's not even related to the Stalkers or Rell, after all she's just more brutal than usual and only slightly different to the actual Ivara. And well, still with the other Tenno.

So don't think of her as related to that Wraith Weaponry and armour, that's not what she represents.

More seriously, idea okay, it remember Excalibur Umbra (SOON?) but the "Wraith" adjective is already taken so... to avoid confusion, no.
