0 Great.Dane Posted June 11, 2017 Share Posted June 11, 2017 Saticak seems to be the better Riven because it increases pucture-which the twin rogga already has a lot of- and multishot. The TR's base status chance is only 15%, so the low status chance shouldn't matter much. The reason why the re-rolled one isn't as good is because the TR's base crit chance and crit damage aren't that high, so the crit chance and damage increase won't be that practical. It's a raw damage increase that gives more than double the damage the first one (Saticak) gives and Twin Rogga doesn't have enough weight toward puncture for it to be a sizable damage increase in comparison.
