9/10 random Limbo goes for max range, max duration instead. It's not just Limbo. 9/10 random Banshee goes for max range Resonating Quake instead of lets say Resonance with 12x damage modifier which would benefit everyone.

Effect in both cases is the same: they prevent others from playing the game.
