0 (PSN)XxDarkyanxX Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 (edited) Just to make sure it was all tested properly : -The amount increases when blocking damage -To unleash the damage you need to Charge Attack -The syndicate proc usually charges from getting kills with said weapon ( Or from nearby teammates killing enemies ), using your powers or other weapon isn't supposed to fill it up if I recall correctly.If you did those accordingly, then disregard this comment.
