Fixing the index

I've noticed how the index has been lately, with many enemies have disproportionate health and shields at starting levels and dealing high damage, doing more damage than i can deal not far long after the beginning. I have also seen an extremely unsettling damage buff that happens right before i am able to kill an enemy, i would be on the verge of killing with myself nearly being full health and then suddenly, "respawning in 5..." Warframe has made the index too difficult for people who prefer playing the index solo. What are your thoughts, ladies and gents?
